How can I book an appointment?
You can call us, send a WhatsApp message, or book directly through our website. For certain tests, walk-ins are also welcome.
What are your opening hours?
Our regular hours vary by service. Specialty clinics operate according to each doctor’s schedule, while radiology and lab services are available during extended hours. (From 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.)
Do I need a doctor’s referral for imaging tests?
While some tests require a referral, many can be booked directly. We recommend checking with your physician first.
Is MRI safe?
Yes. MRI uses magnetic fields and radio waves, not radiation, making it safe for most patients. You should inform our team if you have any metal implants or devices.
How quickly will I get my imaging results?
In most cases, results are available the same day and can be sent directly to your doctor or provided to you in person.
Do I need to fast before my lab test?
Some tests, like fasting blood sugar or lipid profiles, require fasting. Our team will inform you when booking.
How will I receive my lab results?
Results can be collected in person or sent securely via email or WhatsApp, depending on your preference.
Are my test results confidential?
Absolutely. Your medical information is kept strictly confidential and shared only with you and your authorized physician.
How many sessions will I need for laser hair removal?
Most patients need 6–8 sessions, depending on hair type, color, and area treated.
Is there downtime after facial treatments like fillers or Botox?
Downtime is minimal. Some patients experience mild redness or swelling, which usually resolves within 24–48 hours.
Can Pico Laser treat all skin types?
Yes, Pico Laser technology is safe for most skin types, but a consultation is needed to confirm suitability.
Can I see a specialist without a referral?
